What should I do if my slime gets too stiff?
Add one small pump of lotion at a time and knead into the slime. Continue to add lotion until little by little until you reach the desired consistency. However, too much lotion can make the slime sticky.
What should I do if my slime gets too sticky?
Add small drops of the slime activator mixture that you will receive with your order and knead into the slime until you reach the desired consistency. However, too much activator can make your slime stiff.
My activator pen ran out. How do I make more activator?
Mix one teaspoon of borax (powdered laundry detergent) to one cup hot water and mix well. Once it’s cooled, add small amounts at a time into the melted or sticky slime and work in. I recommend storing mixed activator in a spray bottle or water bottle.
How do I fix my slimes that arrived frozen?
Slimes that arrived frozen due to the weather can thaw at room temperature or you can temporarily put the slime in warm water. Make sure the the slime is sealed tightly in the container before putting it into the water.
How do I fix my slimes that arrived melted down?
Slimes that arrived warm due to the weather should be stored somewhere cool before playing with them. If they are still on the sticky side, simply use the activator included with your order and apply a few sprays/drops to the slime at a time until it becomes less sticky.
What will I receive with my order?
Each order will include the items you ordered, a slime care card that has instructions and tips, plus a small bag of borax to make your own slime activator.
What happens if my order gets lost or stolen?
Once your package has been given to USPS, they are responsible for it. Please contact them directly if you encounter any issues.

What if I provided the wrong address?
We are not responsible for orders being shipped to the wrong address imputed by the customer. The customer is responsible for providing the correct address.
What do I do if my order arrived damaged or incorrectly?
Please contact us at help@justsayslime.com with your order number as well as a picture. We will work diligently to resolve any issue.
What is your return and exchange policy?
For health and sanitary purposes, slime cannot be returned or exchanged even if it is unopened. All orders are final sale.

Who can play with slime?
Slime is recommended for anyone ages 8 and up. It is not recommended for infants and toddlers. Young children who play with slime should still be under adult supervision.

Should I play with slime if I have sensitive skin or allergies?
All of our slimes are made with school grade craft supplies as well as cosmetic grade and body safe ingredients. However, if your body is very sensitive or you have known allergies to the following it still might show allergic reactions. Do not play with slime if you are allergic to borax, glue, shaving cream, baby oil, lotion, soap, food coloring, glycerin, cosmetic grade pigments, and/or fragrances/essential oils (may contain peanuts).

Are slimes edible?
No items that Just Say Slime sell are edible. This includes all slimes, charms, glitters, clays, borax (slime activator) or any other add ons. They can be a choking hazard and cause potential illness.

What happens if slime gets on my clothes or carpet?
Slime can stick and potentially stain or ruin clothes, carpet, furniture, or other surfaces. If slime does get stuck to something, first scrape off what you can. Next, try mixing 1 part water with two parts white vinegar and scrub until you can pick the pieces out. Test a small spot with this mixture before saturating a big spot.

How long does slime last?
Slime can last up to a few months with appropriate care. Follow the tips on the care guide given with your order to extend the life of your slime. Always make sure hands and surface areas are clean. Also, store slime back in the air tight container when it’s not in use.
